Change of Mind 

We will always do our best to look after you, including honoring your rights under The Fair Trading Act and we respectfully ask that our clients do the same.

We appreciate that we can all make mistakes, but please remember all change of mind refunds or credits are given at a retailers full discretion and this includes Sugar Trading. We are happy to exchange goods returned within 10 days of their purchase, in their original condition. Please get in touch with us asap. 

Please talk to us if you are unsure about your choice before making a purchase. Like any relationship respect and communication is key.

All items sold at a reduced sale price are for final sale only. 

Defective Goods

Any defect, damage, or failure to comply with the description is to be identified and reported to Sugar Trading within 48 hours of a delivery to be eligible for credit. 

Sugar Trading will endeavour to remedy any repairs locally and within a reasonable time. If this cannot be achieved then liability shall be limited to the replacement of the defective product, or the refund of an appropriate portion of the purchase price at the option of Sugar Trading.  All product fault queries are to be raised by emailing info@sugartrading.co.nz with supporting photographic evidence of any product damage.   

Approval must be given by Sugar Trading prior to the return of products agreed to be defective, and refunds or replacements will be issued once items have been received back and checked at our store. Sugar Trading is not responsible for deterioration of products that have been affected by improper handling, use or storage by the customer or for damaged freight packages signed for by the customer. 

Products approved for return to Sugar Trading must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, in the same condition as received, in original packaging or adequately packaged so there is no return freight damage caused by insufficient protection with any packing slips and paperwork associated with your order enclosed.
